This certification underscores the company’s commitment to operational excellence, innovation, and high-quality service delivery across the continent.
The ISO 9001:2015 standard is the world’s leading quality management benchmark, recognizing organizations with robust systems that support continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, and risk-based thinking. Smart earned this certification following a rigorous audit of its Quality Management System, which supports its diverse suite of services including biometric health solutions, software development, IT consultancy, system integration, and data analytics.
Speaking at a media briefing, Harrison Muiru, Group Managing Director, hailed the certification as a significant milestone in the company’s journey. “This is a strong testament to our commitment to trusted healthcare ecosystems powered by technology.
