Infinity Industrial Park Poised to Boost Regional Economy and Drive Transformation

A site visit to the 200-acre Infinity Industrial Park, a Special Economic Zone (SEZ) recently approved for gazettement, highlighted its potential to become a key industrial and logistics hub,with the aim of driving local industrialization and fostering economic growth.

The park is poised to create 25,000 direct jobs once fully operational, with 11 companies already expressing strong interest in establishing operations within the zone.

Speaking during a visit at infinity industrial park in Ruai, Nairobi,Cabinet Secretary for investment,Trade and Industry Salim Mvurya noted that SEZ has successfully attracted 28 investors from 11 countries, generating over 1,100 direct jobs with robust infrastructure including modern roads, reliable water and electricity supply and enhanced security.

Additionally ,he said that the park provides a seamless environment for investors to set up and thrive.

This initiative underscores the Government’s dedication to driving local industrialization and fostering economic growth.

During the visit, officials urged local and international investors to leverage the favorable investment climate and strategic opportunities offered at Infinity Industrial Park.

The Government has reinforced its commitment to creating an investor-friendly environment through tax incentives, streamlined regulatory processes and access to essential infrastructure.

This landmark project is expected to boost the country’s competitiveness in regional and global markets, while contributing to sustainable economic growth and improving livelihoods.

Investors have been called upon to act swiftly to be part of this transformative initiative.
