Uber Unveils Uber One Membership Program in Kenya
Uber has launched Uber One, a premium membership program that offers exclusive discounts and perks across its rides, delivery, and grocery services in Kenya.
This marks a significant milestone in Uber’s efforts to enhance customer experience and affordability.With a monthly subscription of Ksh 280 or an annual fee of Ksh 2,800, Uber One members will enjoy:
10% Uber One credits on premium rides (Uber Comfort & Uber XL) and 5% credits on economy rides (Uber ChapChap & Uber Boda).KES 0 delivery fee on eligible Uber Eats orders.up to 100% discount on service fees.Exclusive deals and perks for members.
Uber One is designed to offer savings and convenience for users relying on Uber for daily commuting, food delivery, or grocery shopping.
Members will also receive priority access to top-rated drivers and premium customer support.
Speaking at the launch, Imran Manji, Head of East Africa and Business Development for Africa, highlighted Uber’s continued impact on Kenya’s mobility and delivery sector.

Echoing these sentiments, Kui Mbugua Macharia, Uber Eats General Manager, Kenya, emphasized the program’s broad benefits.

Users can subscribe to Uber One by opening the Uber or Uber Eats app, navigating to the Uber One section, and selecting a preferred plan.
