SGA Security and Isuzu East Africa Ink $3 Million Deal to Boost Regional Operations

Security has signed a strategic partnership with Isuzu East Africa in a deal valued at USD 3 million (approximately KES 387.6 million) to enhance operational efficiency and expand service delivery across East Africa.

Under the agreement, Isuzu East Africa will supply the Isuzu NMR 85H cab and chassis models, which will be converted into customized Cash-in-Transit (CIT) and courier vehicles.

These specialized vehicles will support SGA’s growing need for secure transportation of cash and valuables in the region. The implementation of the partnership will be phased, starting in Uganda and Tanzania.

The deal is expected to significantly reduce fleet maintenance costs and standardize operations using high-performance vehicles built to handle the rigorous demands of SGA’s services.

With Isuzu’s strong engineering expertise and after-sales support, SGA anticipates improved vehicle uptime, more efficient route optimization, and higher levels of customer satisfaction.

The Isuzu NMR 85H trucks, known for their durability and ability to withstand diverse terrains, are ideally suited for the rigorous conditions required in CIT operations.

Their introduction into SGA’s fleet is aimed at enhancing secure, timely, and efficient service delivery, further positioning SGA as a regional leader in security logistics.
