The warning is part of an ongoing anti-phishing campaign aimed at helping the public identify and avoid online scams targeting unsuspecting victims.
The public has been urged to remember that legitimate organisations do not ask applicants to provide their email passwords.
Organisers warn that such attachments may contain malware capable of infecting devices, stealing personal information or compromising files.
Victims are then instructed to send a photo of their national ID and pay KSh 750 to reserve an interview slot.
