All Set for Britam Golf Day at Eldoret Club

Preparations are complete for the Britam Golf Day set for today (Saturday) at Eldoret Golf Club, where players from neighbouring clubs are expected to battle for honours in the one-day tournament.

The event has drawn golfers from Kitale Club, Nandi Bears Club, Kakamega Sports Club and Kericho Club, raising expectations of a keenly contested outing on the Eldoret course.

Eldoret Golf Club captain Aron Kitur said the facility is in top shape ahead of the competition, noting that both the greens and fairways have been well maintained to provide a good playing surface.

“The greens and fairways are in good condition, and we expect an enjoyable and competitive tournament,” said Kitur.

Interest in the event has been strong, particularly among golfers from the North Rift and Western regions, with Britam backing the day with prizes across several categories. The sponsorship is expected to add momentum to the competition and reward top performers in the field.

The tournament will also serve as a networking platform for golfers, Britam clients and other stakeholders, blending sport with business engagement in a setting that has become increasingly popular among corporate sponsors.
