Rainbow Agrosciences has convened a conference with its Business Partners, bringing together business leaders, distributors and farmers from across the region to address pressing challenges in agriculture.
Under the theme Kenya and Partner Nations’ Agricultural Sector, the conference underscored the company’s commitment to tackling major industry issues, including crop protection, sustainability, accessibility, and education.

Speaking during an agricultural forum, Group Managing Director ML Sharma reaffirmed Rainbow Agrosciences’ dedication to providing high-quality crop protection solutions such as herbicides, fungicides, and insecticides.

Distributor Laud Rainbow’s Role in Boosting Agricultural Products
Kitale-based agricultural distributor Paves Vetagro Limited (Ltd) has praised Rainbow’s products for improving farmers’ productivity and addressing challenges posed by counterfeit inputs.
Making his remarks, Duncan Mariga, a representative of Paves Vetagro Ltd, affirmed the company’s commitment to working with reputable suppliers to ensure quality products reach farmers in the North Rift region.
“We have been distributing Rainbow’s products for the past three years, and the response from farmers has been overwhelmingly positive. The efficacy of these products speaks for itself,” Mariga said.
He noted that before Rainbow entered the market, farmers grappled with fake agricultural inputs, which affected yields.
“Since Rainbow started manufacturing these products, farmers now have access to quality inputs that enhance production. This has significantly improved their livelihoods,” he added.
Mariga also emphasized the importance of climate-smart farming techniques, urging farmers to adopt water-retaining products and best land preparation practices such as harrowing to mitigate the effects of drought.
“As distributors, we are proud to support farmers in boosting their production and ensuring food security in the country,” he reiterated.
