Coca-Cola Promotion Kicks Off with KES 10,000 Win.

Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA) in Kenya has launched the “Funua Flava Under the Crown” promotion, a nationwide campaign that will see consumers win daily and weekly cash prizes, including KES 1 million every week.

The three-month promotion, running from August 15 to November 15, will reward winners with airtime, data bundles, and cash sent directly to their mobile wallets.

At the launch event held today at Kenyatta Market in Nairobi, Manuela Elizabeth became one of the first winners, walking away with KES 10,000.

Speaking during the launch, Coca-Cola East and Central Africa Franchise Frontline Marketing Director Juliana Kituma said the campaign is designed to make it easy for consumers to enjoy rewards.

“With this promotion, we’re making it easy for people to win real prizes in real time. Airtime will be delivered directly to winners’ phones, while cash prizes will be securely transferred to their mobile wallets making the entire process fast, seamless, and accessible,” she said.

CCBA Kenya’s Revenue Growth and Trade Marketing Director Alfred Mabu said the promotion is a gesture of appreciation to Kenyan consumers.

“This campaign is our way of thanking Kenyans for their loyalty, while also giving back in a meaningful way. We’re proud to roll out a consumer promotion that brings joy to everyday moments,” he said.

To participate, consumers are required to buy a 300ml glass bottle of Coca-Cola, Sprite, Fanta, Stoney, Krest, or Schweppes, check under the yellow cap for a unique code, and SMS it to 40111 for a chance to win instantly.
