Westlands MP Aspirant Betty Adera Unveils People-Centered Bid

Westlands parliamentary aspirant Mama Betty Adhiambo Adera has announced her intention to vie for the Westlands Member of Parliament seat, pledging leadership anchored on service, empathy, and inclusive development for residents of the constituency.

Addressing the people of Westlands, Adera said her decision to vie for the seat is driven by lived experiences and close engagement with the community. She noted that she has walked the constituency’s streets, listened to residents’ concerns, and witnessed both the struggles and resilience of its people.

Adera highlighted the rising cost of living, the frustrations facing unemployed and unheard youth, and the heavy burden borne by mothers as some of the key challenges demanding urgent attention.

She said these realities have informed her resolve to offer herself for public service not for recognition, but to work tirelessly for dignity, opportunity, and a better future for all.

“My commitment is to fight for a Westlands where every voice counts, essential services reach the people, and every child can dream without fear,” she said, calling for collective action to restore hope in the constituency.

Urging residents to embrace change, Adera invited the community to walk the journey with her towards transforming lives and building a stronger, more responsive Westlands.

For Westlands. For our children. For tomorrow. 🇰🇪
