The Nairobi Hospital Assures Public of Normal Operations Amid Ongoing Court Matters

The Nairobi Hospital has reassured staff, patients and stakeholders that its services remain uninterrupted, with all departments fully operational and open to the public.

In a statement, the hospital confirmed that both clinical and support teams continue to provide care as usual, underscoring its sustained commitment to delivering quality healthcare to patients and the wider community.

The institution noted that its operations remain guided by the governance framework established under the Kenya Hospital Association’s Articles of Association, which have steered oversight, accountability and institutional management for over 70 years.

While acknowledging ongoing court cases related to governance issues, the hospital stated that the matters are currently before the judiciary and therefore sub judice, making it inappropriate to provide further comment at this stage.

The hospital also clarified that all official communication is issued exclusively through the Office of the Chairman of the Board of Management, Dr. Barcley Onyambu, or the Office of the Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Felix Osano, cautioning the public against relying on statements circulated outside these channels.
